All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our minimum order threshold. The qualifying amount will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to domestic orders only and is subject to change during promotional periods.

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. International Shipping

We are proud to serve customers around the world. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Customs Delays: Here4you617 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses, and delivery times may vary.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Here4you617 is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

  • Delayed Package: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Lost Package: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen Package: If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Here4you617 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
